Personal training includes live training sessions with TD, a personalized plan for your fitness goals, and 1:1 coaching to help you achieve your desired results.
What does a nutrition plan include?
The nutrition plan includes meal planning and prep, determining the best food choices for your body type, and 1:1 coaching with TD to help incorporate said plan into your lifestlye.
Will there be ongoing support after my initial training ends?
After your initial training ends, there is ongoing support in our membership community. You are able to join others who are also on their health journey, attend live group sessions, chat with other members of the community, and tap into several resources available only to our members!
How long is the personal training or nutrition program?
This will be dependent upon you and your fitness and nutrition goals. We will tailor the plan to your needs, and map it out on what works best for you and TD. Remember, it is a lifestyle change, not a seasonal change.
How much does the personal training or nutrition program cost?
Personal training can be purchased separately from the nutrition program. They can also be combined. Please discuss with TD which program you prefer.
