Fitness Classes

Classes are offered five days a week, Monday through Friday. You are free to watch them anytime that you desire, but live classes are at 5:30am.

Monday - Upper Body (sometimes with weights or chair)

Tuesday - Cardio (weights, step, chair optional)

Wednesday - Lower Body (weights, step optional)

Thursday - Relaxing Thursday (mat or towel optional)

Friday - Full Body or Focused area

Weights, step, chair, ball are always optional and should be used solely based on you fitness and comfort level.

Personal Training

Personal training consists of an individualized plan between you and I based on your fitness goals. We will incorporate the workouts that work best for you and your body type, and meet weekly to ensure progress. Please note that becoming healthy in your weight and fitness is a lifestyle change, not a seasonal change. It is completely based on the work that you are willing to put in and your commitment to see it through completion. I will guide you every step of the way, but you must be fully committed to doing the work. You can do this!

We all know that in addition to fitness, what we eat - or don’t eat - matters! I want to empower you to make healthy decisions that are good for you. What chocolate does for one, it may not do for another, so there isn’t a one size fits all plan when it comes to healthy eating. So I share recipes, nutrition tips, and healthy eating habits so that you can decide what works best for you, your body, and your budget. This, too, is a lifestyle change, and the more you work at it, the better you will get, and the more successful your results!
